Conti Formentini Pinot Grigio

Coming from the far northwestern region of Italy’s Collio Goriziano this Pinot Grigio has more depth of aroma and flavor than most we’ve tried recently.  The nose has pronounced minerality with light hints of pitted fruits and lychee.  The aromas transfer to the palate with pear being a bit more dominant.  Refreshing yet with body.

If you haven’t tried this new  line extension from E. H. Taylor you are missing out. It has a sweet smoky nose.  Big caramel corn and a hint of butterscotch on the mid palate.
